How do we go about getting a mechanical license for "Styrofoam?" Anybody know?
It's on my friend Dean's new CD and we want to make sure all the legal bases are covered. ASCAP here in Nashville told me today it was published by Muggles Music, 1541 9th Ave, San Francisco 94122. But I can't google them up and hate to have to resort to snail-mail.

i met devore in 1965 and played drums in his first jazz trio during the 70's he often stayed with me and he taught me to make bamboo flutes we also invented th "unboe" short lived double reed instrument mad from the hollow dried stalks of wild onions that grew in my yard
in 1980 i moved to San Francisco and often visited darrell in Petaluma at this time i came into a lot of bamboo and started seriously making and playing flutes i often performed with darrell in his group Moire Pulse i had many cherished DeVore flutes and unfortunarely they were destroyed by a fire i never stop missing DeVore and those flutes i have now only one large DeVore flute it was loaned to a friend at the time of the fire in 1988 i returned to Kansas City to take care of my mother I sadly had not spoken to my old friend for a couple of years because with my mother's illness and death i just never kept in touch he is one of the most wonderful musicians i ever played with and he continues to inform my musical and spiritual journey PLAY ON BROTHER!!!!
